Can You Help Us? – A message from the Chair:

We need your help and input more than ever.
The Federation of Disability Sports Organisations (FDSO) in Yorkshire and the Humber has been in existence for
eighteen years and is now facing some serious funding challenges, meaning that we need to be clearer as an
organisation how we support people with disabilities throughout the region in future.
Our original purpose was very clear: firstly, it was to increase participation by all disabled people at every level and
secondly, to support those who have the talent and aspiration to compete at higher levels to be able to do so.
You can help shape our future by completing the following survey which asks you to make some choices and tell us
what you need FDSO to be doing in the future to provide the most effective support.
