National Classification Assessment Day

SUNDAY 25^TH APRIL

All Day (subject to availability)

A Classification Assessment Event for Athletes and Swimmers with a learning disability who require a National Classification

NB: This is not the INAS International Classification, but the

UK (national) Classification which is managed by the UK Sports Association and enables athletes to take part in most of the competitions in the UK

Cost = £30 per person, payable to “Mencap”

To apply for an assessment, please complete the registration form, and return to Mencap Sport, indicating your preferred time, (or follow the link below to the Mencap Sport website)

If you already have an IQ report (as a part of a Statement of Special

Educational need for example) then you do not need to attend a

Classification Assessment Day unless the report is more than 5 years old.
